State Farm also had the lowest quote out of 4 other car insurance companies as well!

I’ve never left this insurance company, I was offered a quote for my new vehicle, had to emailed to me as a pdf. Once I was ready to apply for insurance under my new vehicle they said they had made a mistake and the quote was wrong and instead of it being $100 it went up to $160. Said there was nothing they could do about it.

It’s annoying to have to deal with someone else’s mistake is the customers responsibility. Should not have sent me the wrong quote if it wasn’t set in stone.

"Go Destiny! Although I have been a long time policy holder, I had several concerns due to recent changes to my policy that were out of my control. I procrastinated and dreaded this call because insurance is necessary, but complicated. Ms. Destiny was knowledgeable, understanding, and pleasant.
